LED ZEPPELIN III - ORIG. UK PLUM PRESSING

Hello, my name is Dave and I am about to list almost all of my 30 year+ music collection. Most of it is rock based, but there will be a few bits of other stuff too. As you will see from my 100% feedback score, I deal fairly and honestly and try to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. I do have a full time job and also enjoy a lot of time with my family. This means that on the odd occasion, I can take up to a week (maximum) to post a particular item - although about 90% will be sent within 2 days of payment. I will do my best to answer any questions and cater to any reasonable requests if I can. This is the original first UK pressing on Red/Plum label of the great Led Zeppelin III album. Matrixes are A5 and B5, and has "so mote it be" and "do what thou wilt" in the dead wax. This vinyl is in beautiful condition for it's 41 years. Still has it's lovely jet black high sheen appearance as it has been well looked after. Visibly there are 4 or 5 very light scratches (2 quite long). None of them are "feelable", and I don't expect them to have any significant effect on the overall sound. Sound which is guaranteed to be awesome on this quality thick vinyl !! There is nothing that would cause any skips or jumps on this fine record. Overall I would grade it as VG+/EX visually, and although I don't have a turntable anymore; I genuinely expect the audio will sound truly fabulous !! The original E.J.Day laminated gatefold sleeve is still in beautiful overall condition, and the wheel is in perfect working order. The front has just a few light laminate creaes, but this is very normal on these old covers. The back is in superb condition with no creases at all, and the inside is in immaculate condition just liket new !! There is a very slight yellowing around some of the edges, and the only slight wear is along the spine as seen in the picture. The whole of the gatefold cover is extremely clean and there are not too many that have survived as well as this one has today. Labels are clean and have Peter Grant credit as only first pressings do.Comes with original plain white poly-lined inner sleeve "Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous" warning. All in all this is a very fine example of this great classic from the masters of rock. 99p start and no reserve ! So get bidding !!!
