Description
Led Zeppelin - III
(Atlantic 2401002 UK LP 1970)
This is a UK original LP pressing. This is the earliest pressing which has the "Peter Grant - Executive Producer" credit on both labels.
It has a fully laminated, front die-cut, gatefold sleeve which has a movable cog. It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The record has red & maroon Atlantic labels & A-5/ B-5 matrix stampers. "Do What Thou Wilt" is etched in the dead wax on Side 1. "So Mote It Be" is etched on Side 2.
A genuine UK 1st pressing!
Gatefold Sleeve: Some mild wear only. VG+ condition.
Vinyl: There are moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and a couple of light hairline marks. There are also two long, but light, marks that go across Side 2. Good condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild to moderate spindle wear. I have played this LP fully. It plays very well overall. There is some light, or mild, crackle which is more noticeable on the quieter tracks.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
