Description

This week I will be listing some more Album's from my own Cherished Collection. Most of the album's have been played once or twice only, some have been played a few times and some have NEVER BEEN PLAYED. There will be some Rare and Classic album's listed, ranging from Blues to Soul and Jazz to Rock, so hopefully something for everyone!!!

                                                                    LED ZEPPELIN

                                              III

                               Label: ATLANTIC ~ Cat No: 2401 002

                                  Matrix No's: 2401002 A-5 ~ B//6

Also Etched on Side 1 is "Do what thou wilt"

On offer here is the CLASSIC LED ZEPPELIN Album "LED ZEPPELIN III" from 1970.

This is the Original and RARE Early U.K. Pressing with the Vinyl & Cover in OUTSTANDING CONDITION!!!

The Vinyl is in NEAR MINT CONDITION and has BARELY BEEN PLAYED!!! It retains a Beautiful Glossy Shine with just the lightest of inner sleeve withdrawal marks which are only visible under strong light and in no way effect or detract from the CLASSIC L.P.!!!

This album has been carefully stored and Unplayed for over 30 years, but I played it today prior to listing and can confirm that it plays SUPERBLY, with the very minimum of surface noise and NO heavy clicks or pops, just OUTSTANDING and VERY DYNAMIC AUDIO!!!

The ATLANTIC Red/Plum Labels with the "MADE IN Gt. BRITAIN" text are Unblemished with NO writing or grubby marks and NO spindle wear (see photo's).

Please Note: This is the RARE Mispressing that lists Track 3 on Side 1 as CELEBRATION and which should read CELEBRATION DAY!!!

The "E.J. Day Group" Fully Laminated Gatefold Cover with the Iconic Wheel Design is in OUTSTANDING CONDITION with the lamination retaining a Beautiful Shine and NO creasing (which can often be a problem with the lamination on this cover). There is Virtually NO edge or spine wear, NO writing or grubby marks and the Wheel is still firmly in place and fully working! (see photo's).

Comes Complete with the Original Poly Lined Inner Sleeve with NO splits or tears.

PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLES YOU WILL FIND AND WORTHY OF PLACEMENT IN ANY GOOD COLLECTION!!!
