LED ZEPPELIN IV (RUNES) “Zoso” 1977 Older US Pressing ATLANTIC SD 19129 STILL SEALED!! Gatefold Jacket, 3 Different Hype Stickers. Grading is M Still-Sealed/NM jacket—has “saw-cut” bottom left front and another tiny “saw-cut” mark, front bottom-right, at jacket opening edge. Please see pictures 6,7 and 8 showing these 2 saw cuts (6 & 7 pictures show front of jacket, #8 shows rear of jacket—the tiny saw-cut.). Shrink wrap is in excellent condition, no issues with record / jacket such as any warping or any issues other than the two “saw-cuts” mentioned.
A nice earlier pressing, 1977. This was ATLANTIC SD 19129. The black sticker on the back has the catalog number, and “75 Rockefeller Plaza” in the Atlantic address in NY, and the other 2 hype stickers, correct barcode and gatefold jacket—all of these are the correct indicators for this older 1977 Original US Pressing. I used-to work in the industry, so I know these selections, catalog numbers and labels, and releases / pressings. This one is definitely 1977. The first pressing of Led Zeppelin IV was 1971 and was catalog selection number ATLANTIC SD 7208, and that also had on the labels “1841 Broadway” for the Atlantic address. There was more-recently a reissue pressing with ATLANTIC SD 7208, in 2001. It was a Classic Records reissue on Audiophile vinyl. I bought this one I’m offering here years ago, and purposely put it away still-sealed in the shrink wrap in my collection. I played another copy.

But Led Zeppelin IV “Zoso” LOL is the one every teenager “cuts his teeth on haha. Black Dog, Rock and Roll, STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN!, Going To California, etc. ABSOLUTELY AN AWESOME ZEPPELIN ALBUM, and this one in VINYL. An older pressing still in the shrink. Perfect for your Collection.

When Led Zeppelin first were starting the group, and naming it, supposedly one of them said something to the effect that the group “would go-over like a LEAD ZEPPELIN (a Zeppelin is a blimp airship, a derigible, like the Goodyear Blimp or the Hindenburg.). Some time maybe I’ll tell you guys about the “fish thing.” Lol The Beatles fished from their hotel window and that was something. But the “Led Zeps,” Zeppelin, MANNN!! Well, there was this Groupie Girl one time, and this big swordfish like you’d see on the wall…..OK that’s enough of that! Lol.
