Description

Have been collecting LP's for over 30 years, time to clean up duplicates, demos, re-masters and some I just don't listen to anymore. Started collecting when I ran the mail room for Arista records in the 70's, and continued on and off since. Check back often as I will be selling roughly 200+ original recordings, promos, MFSL and some one of a kind LP's.

Led Zeppelin II

LED ZEPPELIN "Led Zeppelin II" (1979 Japanese '10th Anniversary' issue of the 1969 9-track vinyl LP, featuring the classic Whole Lotta Love, The Lemon Song, Moby Dick and Ramble On; issued in a gatefold picture sleeve complete with Japanesetextbiography/lyric insert and obi-strip P-6517A)

The debate will live on forever, so I am going to throw in my 2 cents and put up my copy of Led Zeppelin's 2nd LP, Led Zeppelin II as the best engineering mix. This is a very clean copy on the Atlantic Warner-Pioneer Japan Label, #P-6517A, Matrix / Runout (A): P - 8042A1 Matrix / Runout (B): P - 8042A2. Vinyl and Cover are Mint, no visible wear I can see, and the sound is awesome. Includes all inserts.

I prefer this Japanese pressing over the AMJY  Japanese release (P-1010) for sound quality. I also think that it comes really close to the quality of the Classic Records reissue, and even gives the RL (Robert Ludwig) a run for the money. The quest for the best recording will come down to personal choice, and the nuances heard on the above releases will depend on the listener for the final verdict. As for me, I have chosen the RL mix, and will keep the QUIEX for backup!!

If you haven't heard this release, you are in for a real treat. This is the cleanest copy you could ask for.

I am selling this, and all of my LP's with a low starting bid, and no reserve. Any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Shipping is $4.00 flat rate via Media Mail (USPS) International shipping pays actual shipping charge + $2.00 handling..

PayPal is the preferred payment.
