LED ZEPPELIN Extremely Rare, Melancholy Danish Pageboys Get It On, Triple Vinyl LP Recordings 1979 Live Concert Copenhagen Dansk Records M197-3

ZEPPELIN LIVE! "Melancholy Danish Pageboys Get It On" Triple Vinyl LP, recorded live the first night of the Falkoner Teatret, Copenhagen concert in July 1979. European jacket is mostly a soft folder, open on 3 sides; someone with good intention taped the top and bottom edges in a couple places so the records would not fall out. Besides that and a mark where the price tag was removed, the cover is excellent, as is the vinyl with only several light scratches between all 3 records. This album typically has blank white labels; in this trio, handwritten notes are on the labels so you know what side you're playing, and in what order; Verzyl labels for 2nd & 3rd record have a dangerous knarly looking figure.

ZEPPELIN UNDERCOVER! What's with the name? Because this show took place 2 years after their last tour in '77, they wanted to play unfettered by critics and the press, try out some new things, etc.

Comments from a concert goer: “Instruments are extremely well positioned, spectrum is clear, & sound is dynamic... Robert is a little hoarse and seems almost shy, but great, nonetheless… Page’s playing is fluid, fast, and wonderful... the angry solo in Achilles Last Stand is a highlight.” 1982 Release from Dansk Records M197-3.
