Label: Atlantic (SD 8236) Country: US
RL on both sides of the deadwax. Gatefold jacket with New York Broadway address on inside.
Known as "The Hot Mix" because this early, first version of this record was mastered by the great Robert Ludwig - and he did such a menacing job of it (it sounds so thick and incredible), that many record players couldn't handle it - the mix would cause the needle to jump off the record! But it turned out, this was not a defect - it was just that...
well, in layman's terms - he made the record sound too ferocious. The Cover is very nice with minor spine wear. VG+ easy and the Vinyl has some light scratches but nothing deep. It plays through fine with no skips and sounds amazing. Both Labels are super clean-- Dead wax ST-A- 691672 RL on both sides in Dead Wax
