'Plum' Atlantic pressing on red/white/plum label.
'Plum' Atlantic pressing on red/white/plum label.
This is the 3rd (of 8) known 'plum' label variants. Specific to this label are:
'A misprinted inverted feather logo on B-side'
'Grant credit erased by two label over-stickers. One adding band name printed at top above the spindle hole in the 'orange' section, the other adding publishers/producer credits at bottom, below the spindle hole in the 'plum' section,
Publishing credits on both sides it says: Kinney Music Ltd./Superhype Music Inc.'
'Marketed by Polydor Records Limited' at 6 o'clock on labels'

BASICALLY THIS IS THE SAME LABELS AS VERSION 1 BUT WITH STICKERS COVERING THE PETER GRANT CREDIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LABEL…

THIS COPY:
Matrix / Runout (Side A runout variant 1): 2401012## A//3 PECKO DUCK Matrix / Runout (Side B runout variant 1): 2401012 B//4  PORKY
The gatefold sleeve is in fantastic condition hardly any signs of wear around the edges, bit of light rubbing on bottom edge and corners, inside gatefold is brilliant - please view all photos
The original STH lyrics inner has slight splits one side and bottom edge; in fantastic shape though  (normally ripped up!) - please view photos - additional poly lined inner included for protection
The labels look great; no pen marks, stickers, heavy scratches, just a few light signs of past use - STICKERS IN PLACE AS IS INVERTED FEATHER AS PER THE RELEASE variant 3
Both sides of the vinyl are FANTASTIC for the age of the item; hardly any visible marks, a few hairlines and light scuffs,  nothing deep, no feelable marks and nothing that causes any audio issues
It plays DAMN FINE! - really well all the way through, no jumps  NO pops; crackle in the quietest sections IS BARELY THERE a good, loud n proud rock sound! NOBODY COULD BE DISAPPOINTED
PLEASE VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS
More vinyl listed ZEP, FLOYD, BEATLES ETC., please take a look; happy to combine orders where possible
