Front Cover condition: Ring wear at top. Hand drawn (by a previous owner) cover slip paper is in VG+/VG++ condition and the 45-year-old (or so) scotch tape keeping it in place, is holding up nicely -- see scans. 

Back Cover condition: Generic blank white sleeve in VG+/VG++ condition. The sleeve can be easily replaced if you find it to be below your standards.
