Description
Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti vinyl LP
Swan Song SSK 89400
1975
I purchased this album new on its release.
Apparently, a First Edition sleeve, which this has the following print on it:
Album sleeve has the red printing along the spine, Physical Graffiti, and at the other end, Swan Song CSK 89400.
On the back of the album sleeve printed 'Swan Song/484 Kings Road, London SW10
Cuilderstead Ltd., trading as Swan Song
A Swan Song/Atlantic recording distributed by WEA records Ltd., p & c 1975
On the folded inner sleeve, Swan Song 484 Kings Road, London SW10
A Swan Song/Atlantic recording distributed by WEA Records Ltd., p & c 1975
Sleeve printed and made by Gothic Print Finishers., London SE9 2EQ.
The inner sleeves which house the discs, are printed on thick card with an unfinished rough surface with SSK 89400/A, and SSK 89400/B respectively printed on the bottom right hand side of each sleeve.
Made in UK printed on disc labels (and importantly do not have the small Warner Bros logos which were added a few months into the release).
Matrix stamps, side 1, SSK 89400 A1
side 2, SSK 89400 B5
side 3, SSK 89400 C1
side 4, SSK 89400 D1
Discs play through with hiss, crackle and static in places, rate as 'Good'.
Some surface scratches.
Outer album sleeve has split down spine.
Both inner sleeves have small splits in spines, overall condition is good.
