LED ZEPPELIN -
PHYSICAL GRAFFITI
SWAN SONG
SSK 89400
1st UK Press 1975 with machined matrices
Absolutely stunning quality vinyls not very often seen for Zep records in general. No Warner Brothers (WB) on the labels indicating a very first press. "Executive producer Peter Grant" on the labels.
First press matrices A1 B5 C1 D1 with the earliest stampers.
Very First Edition Red writing on the Spine of sleeve,
JOANELINE MUSIC no Warner Credits Information on the back of the front cover is as follows: "SWAN SONG RECORDS / 484 KINGS ROAD, LONDON SW10"
DEADWAX SSK 89400 A1 // Ssk 89400 B5 // 89400 C1 // 89400 D1
Again all these are indicators for a first genuine press.
VINYLS ARE EX AND RETAIN HIGH GLOSS SHINE
'Following the staggering reunion triumph at the O2, which I was lucky enough to be at, interest in Led Zeppelin has become greater than ever, with the site for the Ahmettribute.com tribute concert receiving an unbelievable 120 million hits, with 25 million people apparently registering for a Zeppelin ticket, its as good a time as any to invest in an original copy early press of this classic Zep album.'
Sleeve: EX. The outer sleeve has all the die cuts of the windows. Just one of these to the front has a small repaired tear, not immediately visible. The spine has its original red writing (later ones had black writing) and is 100% legible. Wear on the edges is very minimal and I do believe that this is a very nice example indeed. The inner card insert with lyrics is in excellent condition. The inner picture card sleeves are in nice condition although one has a bit of tape on one edge.
Important : International postage will be registered and insured if over GBP 30.00. Please wait for my invoice before paying. Postage will be according to Royal Mail rates. Postage is NOT a money spinning exercise for me.
Though there are rarely ever any problems with my items, I always try my very best to describe everything exactly! PLEASE REMEMBER to contact me FIRST, if you have any problems at all, before you leave feedback and star ratings, so I get a chance to turn any negative experience into a positive one! I can always happily sort anything out for you, if you let me know you have a problem! This way no one has to leave Negative/Neutral feedback - and we both walk away happy! Similarly with the amount of stars, anything less than a full 5 * rating is effectively detrimental to a seller's rating as lower ratings will incur higher Final Value Fees and lower priority in the bidlists eventually making it unattractive to list items on Ebay at all. I know of at least one major previous Ebay seller who has decided not to list via Ebay again. Please do NOT bid if you cannot give me at least 1 chance to sort everything out to your FULL satisfaction in the unlikely event of a problem. Thanks again!!
This an excellent investment opportunity!!! Any questions please ask me and I will try to answer soon.
