Description
Hi. I am selling off my entire record collection.
Some items will be 'buy it now' & some will be auctioned.
Some are barely played & some are 'well loved' shall we say.
I try to test play each record & will mention in the listing if a record is play graded or just visually graded. If necessary, the record will be cleaned using Disc Doctor fluid on a Moth Record Cleaning Machine. I use the Rare Record Price Guide grading system. I will try to be as accurate as possible when grading, but if you buy a record you're not happy with, then I am happy to refund on return of the record (but please use the eBay returns system). I only accept returns if the item I sold is not as described.
All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (UK) or for items over 2kg, Hermes Tracked. All international sales are handled through the eBay Global Shipping Programme.
I use FLP card mailers for posting up to 2 records. These are very strong mailers that don't require card stiffeners. I have posted many records using these mailers with no problems. For 3 or more records, I use pizza style boxes & bubble wrap. All records are removed from sleeves to avoid sleeve damage in the post.
Here we have Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti , This is a European pressing from 1975. Double LP in die-cut sleeve with folded insert. Spine reads SSK 99400-O (SS2-200) Stereo France WE 322. Centre labels read SSK 99400. Extra fold out sheet reads SSK 99400. Matrixes: Side 1: WEA SSK - 89400 - A / 1 (stamped) Side 2: WEA - 89400 - B - (etched) Side 3: WEA SSK - 89400 - C X (stamped, but X is etched) Side 4: WEA SSK - 89400 - D X (stamped, but X is etched)
I believe record is made in Germany.
I have test graded these records overall as EX-. Side 1 has some very light surface noise & some light ticks & very minor pops in places (probably closer to VG+), side 2 just has some very light surface noise, Side 3 has some very light surface noise & a few light ticks at the start & side 4 has minimal surface noise (closer to EX). Record 2 has a minor warp that will not affect play. Overall, this is a wonderful sounding copy. Visually there are obvious signs of play with marks & scratches but these are mostly superficial. Definitely plays better than it looks, though in all fairness it still looks pretty good. Sleeve has some edge & spine creases, a few minor creases on cover & some light edge & spine wear.
