Lot (4) 12" Led Zeppelin / Jimmy Page LPs Please enlarge the photos to get a good look at the condition. This listing has 10 photographs, kindly view them all, thank you.
1)JAMES PATRICK PAGE - Session Man - double record - Fan club release on Slipped Disc records. Jacket is in very shiny
condition, always stored in plastic sleeve. The liners are plain
white paper, not ripped. The vinyl needs cleaning, makes it hard to grade. Except for visible scratches over the 1st 3 tracks of Face "D" I would probably rate these discs VG+. 2) LED ZEPPELIN III - This gatefold jacket has a few marks from the disc, wheel is spinning freely, credit to Peter Grant, liner is plain plastic, probably a replacement, vinyl is VG+ except for some marks over Gallows Pole, see photo. 3) LED ZEPPELIN II - The jacket is EX, gatefold still very nice, original liner is not slit and vinyl is very shiny, VG+ to NM. Shipping Weight is 3 pounds.
I know many vinyl sellers will ship rare records by Media Mail, but I have had very bad experiences with this, so will not use this method for rare records, my apologies for the expense.
My Collection: I acquired most of this vinyl between 1979 - 1983 when I worked at the record store. My records have always been very well stored, most in protective plastic sleeves. I have not had a turntable for over 15 years, so I cannot guarantee every track is defect free, I can only tell you that I handled my records with obsessive care when I did have a turntable, and defects are highly unlikely. The grades in this listing are visual only.
