LED ZEPPELIN Physical Graffiti, 1975 UK double vinyl album Atlantic / Swan Song SSK 89400.
Know your pressings! - Atlantic's distributor WEA started their own pressing in the mid 70s, prior to that most of their pressing was handled by CBS, this is a CBS pressing with A1 / B4 / C1 / D1 machine stamped matrix numbers. No WEA logo on labels, Kings Road address on back over cover, SSK 89400A / B catalogue numbers on back right corner of inner covers.
A note on grading: I use the RC standard grading policy with the addition of a + or – to denote a slight increase or decrease in grade. The record has been played once for aural grading a on a Rega RP6 with a Rega Exact cart and inspected under 100W bulb for visual grade.
VINYLS are graded EXCELLENT to MINT minus.
Side 1 and 2 are purely MINT minus / as new. Probably never played. Looks perfect in every way.
Side 3 and 4 EXCELLENT to EXCELLENT plus, a few light barely visible hairlines and one light scratch (not feelable to finger).
Audiowise this double LP set plays with superb EXCELLENT plus to near MINT sound with truly minimal needle noise and only a couple of ultra light tics here and there. I have never heard this LP sound so great!
The cover has VERY slight shelf wear when held to the light, still in EXCELLENT plus condition. A superb cover, and you'll probably know how rare this is to find!
Inners and wraparound titles inner are all mint. Fab copy!
