'Plum' Atlantic pressing on red/white/plum label.
This is the 2nd (of 8) verified and known 'plum' label variants. Specific to this label variant are:
Variation label of the 1st pressing - Feather symbol on Side 2 has been corrected and is the right way up...also it has the distinctive 'Peter Grant' credit at the bottom label.
"Porky" and "Pecko Duck" hand etched into Run-Out Groove.
- Matrix / Runout (A Side Stamped, variant 3): 2401012** A//3
- Matrix / Runout (B Side Stamped, variant 3): 2401012 B//4
The original inner sleeve (5 credits) is pretty near excellent, sides have the inevitable small splits , but bottom and flips are intact and still glued - small stain on the credits side
Labels look great, a little light marking in centre from past use
Both sides of the vinyl show some hairlines - no deep scratches or scuffs though. It looks very good overall...
It plays with no loud pops or jumps, there is crackle, which is there in between tracks and the quietest bits of music. Still OK to listen to overall and a great collectable piece!
