Description

The first pressing of Led Zeppelin's debut album back in 1969 had turquoise lettering on the front which is the one i have...

The sleeve and vinyl are in very good condition: the vinyl has a tiny chip on the outer edge but it does not affect play. Record plays well-a few crackles here and there and between some songs but generally good..... Sleeve has a bit of wear in keeping with it having been used over the years. Also has previous owner's name and address on small sticker on front.  No spine splits on record sleeve, nice and tight.....Original inner sleeve also included.

A chance to own this rare edition of a great album..

Any questions please ask.

Just to confirm my copy also has the grey strip on the bottom of the sleeve and the words 'Led Zeppelin' and 'Atlantic 588 171' written on the spine so you know this is the genuine article!

On 30-Dec-11 at 17:52:13 GMT, seller added the following information:

In response to a question, the vinyl does have the uncorrected A1/B1 matrixes which proves it is the 1st pressing: Side One 588 171 A//1....Side 2 588 171 B//1

Vinyl also has Superhype Music Label Credits.

In response to a further question, the chip is very small and only extends to the first groove on the outer edge of the record-the chip does not affect play at all as it is on outer edge so the music has finished by this point. The record and sleeve are in very good condition-it has obviously been played, used and loved in its 42 years, but it has been looked after. I offer a full refund if not satisfied.
