Description

A 10" LP recorded and issued in young Israel in Arabic. Najjar was born in Egypt and emigrated to Israel at the age of 15, and immediately became a famous singer in Arabic and Hebrew, as well as an actress…

Writing on the cover and label are in English and Arabic only, although this rare early Israeli 10" Vinyl LP was recorded and manufactured in Israel. The front cover shows a street scene with Arab figures, and all these facts suggest the record company aimed this release at Israeli Arabs rather than Jews who emigrated from Arab countries.

Vinyl – VG-, with shallow scratches which do not skip, but can be heard. Cover – VG, with stickers of a Jerusalem record store on the cover and label.
