Description

Rare original first US pressing, issued on famous Hardcore / Punk label ‘Taang’ records in 1987. The title track ‘Hate Your Friends’ is fantastic guitar riff punk. As additional, here’s the comment from the brilliant FLEX book/website (US Hardcore/Punk discography):

 

  • taang records. 15 / 13 tracks / 1987
  • Still noisier than their subsequent releases, but already with some great melodic songs. Melodic mid tempo hardcore with some Hüsker Dü influences, especially in guitar and vocals. Beautiful melodies, nice vocal arrangements. [7]  
  • Noch etwas krachiger als die späteren Platten, aber durchaus mit Hitqualitäten; melodischer, mittelschneller HC, der hin & wieder auch an die Hüskers erinnert (in Gitarre und Stimme). Schöne Melodien, mehrstimmiger Gesang… schöne Platte.

Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special LP record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).

 

Bezahlung / Payment: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €35, $50 or £30 will only be sent by registered mail.
