Description

Absolutely beautiful copy of the 1959 first pressing of Les Baxter’s classic exotica LP, African Jazz, on Capitol T-1117. One of the rarest and most beloved of his wonderful string of exotica albums at this time, and a truly incredible copy. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays completely flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover is likewise beautiful, with the one flaw being that the spine is fraying and splitting a little. Not bad. Otherwise this is a really beautiful copy, with a famous cover image that is so clean it is framable. This is truly a top original copy, very rare in this good condition.
