Description

Absolutely lovey copy of the original 1959 pressing of Les Baxter’s Jungle Jazz on Capitol LP T-1184. Classic tiki / exotica with a jazzy feel, in that wonderful way only Les Baxter can produce. Original “side-logo” labels. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover has seam splits at the top and bottom, nearly half way across. Still it is a striking cover, with very little further wear. Very slight ringwear but really a beautiful image. Really a lovely copy all around, and it sounds fantastic.
