"MOONDREAMS" bw "WAIT FOR ME"
IMMEDIATE RECORDS # IM 020 ~ Original 1965 issue 7"
The debut of a fledgeling band with a rare single that of course, did not brush with the charts. It has a lot of controversy too, the young hopeful lads did not want this 'A' side as their first 7", and they objected to Jimmy Page recording his own instrumental 'solo' on the flip - it's NOT the band's vocal track on this....but it's a BLINDING good rock & roll guitar track anyway!! For me it's an outstanding track among their releases, for the 'b' side - it's really good! A Mod special? perhaps, but you won't be playing the a-side much I doubt.
