Les Sauterelles: same 1966, Switzerland/Columbia ZPX 10-108. Disc is covered with scuffs and hairlines, plays incredibly well (much of this disc plays M-!), but it gets a Fair visual grade. One label has a sticker from a record shop in Bern. Cover has ringwear and creases, the top and spine have center splits, this cover is Fair. The cover is autographed on the front by the entire band in white grease pencil, the autographs are faded and getting hard to make out after 43 years but they're still legible. What a great LP, surely one of the best albums from the European beat scene! Amazing (amazing!) covers of "Every Little Thing" (Beatles), "Much Too Much" (The Who), "She Belongs To Me" and "Desolation Row" (Bob Dylan), "I'll Feel A Whole Lot Better" (Byrds), etc. and there are a couple of good originals, too. The lead singer has the most curiously playful voice, he sounds like a cartoon character magically come to life. Super-tight band led by drummer Dude Durst who went on to Krokodil. This LP is tough to get, and is generally in this shape when it turns up. I have a good amount into this so I've set a reasonable reserve.

I ship all records in strong cardboard mailers with cardboard flats added to increase stability. The discs are always removed from the jackets to prevent seam splits, and all albums are dressed in plastic sleeves for travel. Please be aware that these supplies are expensive to purchase and represent a small portion of my shipping charges. I pack/ship one day per week, usually it is Friday.

Most of my customers prefer Media Mail because it is very cheap. Please keep in mind that it's cheap because it is SLOW. I have had Media Mail boxes take two months to travel cross-country.

MEXICO: If you are in Mexico, I can send this LP to you by 1st Class Airmail for $11.00.
