****We grade visually and conservatively using the “goldmine standard”. In the event that you are unhappy with the grading of your vinyl purchase(s), please contact us, and we’ll attempt to rectify the situation if a fair case is made. We attempt to playtest records that have potentially troublesome areas, though we lack the time to listen to 100% of all titles. We cannot guarantee that your listening experience will mirror our own as the variety of turntable, receiver and stylus from person to person is nearly endless. We generally do not list anything that we know will skip unless it’s a very obscure/rare/valuable record, however we will note if we suspect it will pop or have significant surface noise. Due to the nature of vinyl records, there may never be a truly perfect listening experience, the beauty is in the ear of the beholder.****
