Description
ARTIST: Lester Young (tenor sax) and his quintet (even though the title states "trio") also featuring Barney Kessel (guitar)
TITLE: "Lester Young with the Oscar Peterson Trio #2"
LABEL/YEAR: Norgran MGN-6 (mono)/ 1954 (yellow "trumpeter" label deep groove first pressing!)
CONDITION: Jacket: VG+ (David Stone Martin artwork; some mild visible aging/wear) Vinyl: VG++ (visually inspected and play-tested) Great copy!
SPECIAL NOTE: Please kindly remember that ALL vintage albums have at least some sort of detectable surface noise, whether it be a barely audible tick here and there, occasional light pop or crackle, or a very low volume consistent hiss in the sound quality. It is very rare at this point in time to find any vintage record album that is 40 years or older that sounds absolutely and completely noise free, especially old 10 inch lp's.
