GRADING
We use a derivative of the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade our records and jackets as accurately as possible. All records are cleaned and visually inspected in order to determine grading. Jackets and labels are also visually inspected to determine grading. Records are not play tested.
All grading is based on our subjective opinion and may not match that of our buyers. We tend to grade very conservatively; however, if you disagree with our grading, we happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Combined shipping is available. We allow a two-week grace period for buyers bidding on multiple records, after which we send updated invoices that reflect the combined shipping charges. Buyers may request their updated invoice at any time. Combined shipping for international buyers is currently only available by means of a shipping discount via a partial refund.
US buyers: we prefer to ship our vinyl using USPS Priority to ensure prompt delivery; however, USPS Media Mail is available as an option at checkout.
Our standard handling time is 2 business days; however, we strive to process orders the same day, whenever possible. Our records are professionally packed with the care they deserve. All records are placed in protective plastic sleeves, sandwiched between layers of foam and/or cardboard pads, and sealed in sturdy mailers (or standard boxes for orders of 3 or more) complete with "Fragile - Handle With Care" labels.
RETURNS
US returns are free of charge within 30 days. International buyers are responsible for return shipping fees within 30 days. All returns must be packed and received in the same condition as they were originally shipped.
