Lillian Briggs was a trombone playing truck driving rock’n’rollin’ vocalist. She toured Oz in 1956 with Bill Haley. She was known as “the Bombshell of Rhythm” and “the Queen of Rock’n’Roll”. She belts it out on this ep. She was recently inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame. The record and labels are in fine condition. The cover, as can be seen from the scan, has a few tears and a small piece out of it maybe ¾ inch long and at it’s widest about ½ inch. The camera flash has magnified every imperfection on it-The cover looks better than this. On the back next to where it says “She Sings” somebody has written ”and trombones”.
