Description

  Please read entire description before bidding.  This auction is for a copy of LINK WRAY AND THE WRAYMEN on epic records.  I believe this records came out in the late 50s and is a great record!  This particular copy once belonged to Bob Morrison, a DJ for WXLW in Indianapolis, Indiana (see pics).  A very cool DJ owned Promo copy.  I want to be up front and let you know that I don't know how to grade records.  I am going to do my best to describe the condition as accurately as possible.  I am also going to offer returns on this item if you are the winning bidder and are not satisfied but please view picks carefully and bid accordingly.  Here goes....Cover -  The cover of this record shows a decent amount of wear but still has good eye appeal and no major problems such as tears or edge breakthroughs.  Record - This one shows a good amount of wear and numerous light surface scratches.  Labels also show wear and several marks around center holes (see pics).  I have listened to this album all of the way through and there are no skips but there is crackling and some popping.  Sound could probably be improved quite a bit with a good cleaning but I don't know the best way to do this so I am going to leave that to the winning bidder if they choose to do so.  The white specks in the pictures are dust particles.  static was really making my life difficult when taking these pictures. When i originally acquired this record it had no inner sleeve so I have added a plastic inner sleeve to protect the record.  Please view all pics closely to try to get a better idea of condition.  I only ship to the lower 48 US states and I only accept paypal as payment, no exceptions so please do not ask.  I require payment within 3 days of auctions end.  Illinois residents required to pay 8% sales tax.  Thanks for looking!
