Description
Here's a later pressing from between 1975- 1979 ( The All Platinum Records Group) at bottom of label was produced between 1975-1982. My guess is this is from between 1975-79. LITTLE WALTER'S - HATE TO SEE YOU GO LP on the CHESS LABEL. CAT#CHESS1535. Little Walter was the real deal, and during the 60's blues revival, Walter was in demand for his harmonica playing. This LP was originally released in 1969. 1969 was the tail end of the big interest in blues music, and this is really one of the last great blues records made from the time. It's raw and powerful. Marshall Chess oversaw the production of this LP personally. It's a blues classic, and highly sought after, and rare. You don't come across pristine copies of this every day.
This copy is great. The cover is beautiful, NEAR MINT. Seams and spine are perfect. The Vinyl plays great VG++, with a couple small marks on side 2 that are mostly inaudible, and more between the tracks. The labels are beautiful.
