The cover is VG+. A bit of water damage to the bottom right corner. An insert.
The vinyl is NM. Looks hardly played (the hole appears to be virginal), 
but there's some noise on the 1st track.
Maybe it's a cheap private pressing to blame. The rest of the album seems fine.
