Description

WOW!!! This one almost NEVER comes up for sale!

LLOYD AND THE JOYS on CTC Records - such a rare funk gem, with more than a few breaks.  Very little is known about Lloyd Baptiste, but this here's a testament to his ability to not only write great original funk, but also perform them with absolute SOUL.

Cover is still in the shrink and very close to EX - there is a small dog-ear on the top right corner which started a VERY minute split.  Oh so slight ring wear on the back cover.  Pic speaks for itself.

Vinyl is a strong EX and looks like it's never been played.  That said, I don't believe ANY vinyl is mint - even brand new.  This plays perfect and is super shiny and black.

Take a peek at what the last ones sold for...who knows when you'll get another shot at this one!?

Due to the value of this record, it will ship with insurance, no exceptions.  You can also rest assured that it will be packaged appropriately - double boxed with foam - just like a 78.

Please contact me with any questions.
