LOHN LEE HOOKER. HOUSE OF THE BLUES LP Vinyl Record Pye International. Mono. NPL 28042 VG condition. House of the Blues is an album by the brilliant blues musician John Lee Hooker, compiling tracks originally released as singles between 1951 and 1952. This album is on Pye International R&B Series in 1964. Side 1: Walkin' the Boogie, Love Blues, Union Station Blues, It's my own Fault, Leave my wife Alone, Ramblin' by Myself. Side 2: Sugar Mama, Down at the Landing, Loise, Ground Hog Blues, High Priced Woman, Women and Money.
Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note that I am not a record dealer - I am simply selling some of my record collection - and therefore my gradings of the record are not based upon official gradings or terminology but the record is in very good condition with no obvious marks or blemishes and the cover is also in very good condition. The record plays very well on my old Pioneeer PL-12D turntable via my equally old JVC A-S5 amp. I know that collector value information on the incised marks on the middle of the record and these are: Side 1 - 1 LP 12042A - 1M and Side 2 - 1 LP 12042B - 1M I hope this information is useful.
