Description
Welcome to my sale of some more rare 7" singles that I will be listing this weekend. Next up is Lois Lane - One Little Voice b/w Sing To Me. Released by RCA Records in 1967 cat no. RCA1570.
Starting off as a member of the Caravelles before going solo Lois Lane (Wilkinson) recorded these tracks for RCA in 1966 which eventually saw the light of day as a demo in early 1967, these are very rare in themselves but this retail issue is the only copy I have ever seen, very few were pressed as she left shortly after to record for Mercury and released a now sought after Jazz LP for them the following year before going on to record many TV show songs and Disney songs. The 'A' side is a nice soul song very like Dusty Springfield and the 'B' side has more of the laid back jazz feel of the later album. Vinyl is in EX condition, a few light surface marks, plays through very nicely with no skips or jumps. Company sleeve in VG+ condition, just some minor wear.
I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure. Please ask me about any individual item before making a purchase.
The make offer button is there, feel free to make an offer on any item, at worst I will say no. Some of the items I am listing are very, very rare and the opportunity to add these to your collection can be few and far between. Royal Mail next day by 1pm insured service is included in all prices for UK bidders on items over £50, 1st class signed for for items under £50. Items up to £250 are available for Worldwide shipping via Royal Mail tracked and insured.
Please check my other listings for more rarities. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
