Description
"Look to the Lilies" / "Pleasures and Palaces" (1984?), Blue Pear Records (BP1010) for High Fidelity 33 1/3 Players.
Private acetate recordings of these two lost musicals were used to produce this collector's item. It contains highlights from both "Look to the Lilies" -- a musical version by Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn of the book and movie "Lilies of the Field" -- and "Pleasures and Palaces," the last musical by Frank Loesser (directed by Bob Fosse!).
The 12" vinyl record is well maintained with no scratches, and the slipcase album sleeve is like-new, stored in a plastic cover. Collector-grade copy.
