On Dot DLP3174, from 1959. (Also have a Dot LP Catalog from the 60's up for auction, that lists this very LP). Lorraine shared the bandstand with Dizzy Gillespie, Shorty Rogers, Zoot Sims, and Stan Getz. Backed up in her trio by Leroy Vinnegar on bass, and Laurence Marable on drums. Her only record, and it's a rare one. Sadly, Lorraine died just one week after her performance at the Monterey Jazz Festival. MONO Record is VG+ with insertion scuffs and some light scratches normal for records of this vintage. The cover is VG+ with writing on the front and demo stamps on the back. There is a 3-1/2 inch seam split, and a 1/2 inch seam split, dents on the corners, ring scuff on the front, ring wear, and some scratches on the back. (Please see the photos) LP will be shipped in a new paper inner sleeve.

When you've got the original LP, you've got something special!
