Los Hermanos Rosario were one of the defining merengue orchestras out of the Dominican Republic, formed by the Rosario brothers in Higüey in 1978. Fuera de Serie! captures the group at the height of their popularity, built around dancefloor staples like "Bomba," "Cumandé," and "Esa Morena," a song that's remained a recurring fixture across the group's later compilations.

This is an original 1990 pressing on Karen Records, K-133, manufactured in the Dominican Republic.

Concepto y Producción credited to Bienvenido Rodríguez, with musical production handled by Los Hermanos Rosario themselves and Víctor Víctor assisting.

The front cover captures the group in white military-style outfits against a blue background with red and gold paint-splash detailing, the album title stamped in a red tab at lower right. The back cover carries a formal group portrait in black attire along with full production credits and the Karen Records logo.

Label is the Karen Records green-to-yellow gradient design, printed with the full A-side and B-side tracklists and songwriter credits.

Inner sleeve is the original plain white paper sleeve, no printing.
