Description
Well, not many people know about THIS record, it seems. Essentially the second Los Microwaves AND Baby Buddha LP, this is a project of David Javelosa (aka David Microwave) Meg Brazil (the other longtime Los Microwaves member) and Charles Hornaday (Baby Buddha). Unlike the first Baby Buddha album this doesn't really focus on irreverent covers. And unlike the first Los Microwaves LP, this isn't 100% synth based (well, sometimes it is) and verges into experimental and new wave territory. There are some amazing tracks on this, from the 100% minimal electronic "Do I" to the ethereal minimal synth "Emotion" to the electronic soul song "Selfish Heart" (an odd but quite good song that features country chanteuse Bonnie Hayes) the dark electro-punk of "Chantilly Lace". THis record was self-released on the Los Microwaves' Soundchaser Music label (the same as their early 7"s). It was recorded in 1984, but not released until 1987. You probably won't see this one too often, so get it now!

The cover is VG+ with just a tiny corner cut and some sticker residue; the vinyl is VG++ with only some light surface marks.

All records are shipped in secure carboard packages, are well-padded, and ship with the records outside of the sleeves and stored in a plastic outer sleeve to ensure safe delivery in the same condition in which they leave my house.
