Here is a lot of Ten (10) 78 RPM records in a storage album. Eight of the records are by ELVIS PRESLEY one is by BILL HALEY and one is by BUDDY HOLLY (made in the UK.)

The records are all in used condition rating from V- to E-.  A couple of them have damage to the labels. Jailhouse Rock has a cross-wise crack at the beginning which causes the record to skip (see pic). The flip side,Treat Me Nice, is unaffected and plays fine.

The rest of the records play through without sticking or skipping. Some have scratches or light groove wear. I have listened to all of them and they sound fine with typical 78 RPM surface noise.

The Decca storage album is in great shape with tight sleeves and only light wear appropriate for an item of this era. The covers are held on with screws. The spine is solid and not worn or split. There is no writing on the index.

[V] Groove wear, scratches and some graying present. Surface noise but not intrusive.
[V-] Quite playable, may have distortion in some passages. Surface noise well below music level.
[G+] Grey but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.
[G] Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.
