 BLUE NOTE BLP 1545, Blue White Label, Deep Groove, and with the 47 WEST 63rd St. NYC 23 address, RVG, EAR stamped in the dead wax, no "INC", no "R". 
FLAT Lip Edge!
Made in USA 1957   The vinyl shows some light pressure marks caused by years of storage in a stack which do not affect play, no scratches. it plays beautifully no noticeable surface noise, it sounds near mint, and a beautiful sounding pressing!
The cover is VG- due to the spine being completely split with all the paper missing, and the top is split halfway, up to the tear you can see in the picture. It has light ring wear front and back, and a price written in pencil on the back. Also light rounding at the corners (see pictures).
