LOU REED Metal Machine Music RCA CPL2-1101 STEREO 1975 1st U.S. pressing
Pressed at RCA Indianapolis as indicated by the "I" in runouts, mastered at STERLING SOUND
by Robert Ludwig.
VINYL in NM- condition, looks to be barely if ever played, test played all the way through, fantastic condition!
COVER in G condition with ring wear, creasing, top seam split all the way, bottom seam intact with rubbing and
chipping, spine has heavy rubbing with chipping, most of title is readable but "Lou Reed" is chipped off.
Corner wear.
No inner sleeves, included is newer poly-lined sleeves.
Notes:
"I" stamped in runouts denotes RCA Records Pressing Plant, Indianapolis, Indiana, pressing. Remainder of runouts mostly etched, mastering/plating stamped.
Issued in RCA gatefold jacket. Issued RCA Victor labels.
On labels, front cover: "An Electronic Instrumental Composition"
Auto-coupled release, disc 1 has sides A/D; disc 2 has sides B/C. Side D ends in a locked groove, label states: 16:01 or ∞.
