Original 1960 Mono Long Play Recording on the Dot label - Volume II of "Pretty Music - Prima Style."
Louis Prima signed with Dot Records upon leaving Capitol, and part of the deal was he would do an album along the style already well-established there by Billy Vaughn [who arranged all ten selections presented here].
This album contains Prima's version of Wonderland By Night, which made it to a respectable #15 Billboard Pop Hot 100 early in 1961. The album also contains American Songbook standards plus several early Rock 'n' Roll hits, including Moonlight in Vermont, I Could Have Danced All Night, Polka Dots and Moonbeams, Goodnight My Love, Twilight Time.
