LOVE - FOREVER CHANGES – ORIGINAL ALLENTOWN 1ST PRESSING 1967 ELEKTRA RECORDS STEREO EKS 74013 ~RARE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS STILL IN ORIGINAL FACTORY SHRINK WRAP AND RARE "STEREO" STICKER
AND ORIGINAL BROWNISH GOLD LABELS AND THE BEAUTIFUL ELEKTRA COMPANY INNER SLEEVE

Vinyl: VG++ / VG++ (2 noticeable hairlines that are unfeelable) hi gloss
Cover: EXC no seam splits, no ringwear, no edge or spine wear; some rub marks beneath the shrink wrap (see pics).
PLAY GRADED: This album is not known for the best manufactured sound fidelity, however this Allentown 1st pressing actually plays very strong at times and fairly clean. You will hear some surface crackle here n there.
Important read the following quote from discogs.com regarding this album:
"First pressings info: It is hard to find a copy that plays without excessive surface noise. This is not necessarily because the vinyl is of poor quality, but because the recording itself had to be mastered very softly (due to its length, dynamic range and stereo separation.)
**I listened to this album twice and it DOES NOT PLAY WITH EXCESSIVE NOISE. The intro of Side one track one plays with some early clicks or crackle but thereafter it plays much better than anticipated with surface crackle appearing from time to time, but not excessive noise **
Elektra had this title pressed in 1967 by three different plants: Allentown (AL), Columbia, Terre Haute (CTH) and Monarch (MON). Each plant was sent a different master lacquer to cut from (rather than a copy of the mastertape which was more common in those days), thus ensuring that all pressings had similar high sound quality."
