Description
This is an original American 33.3 RPM Long Playing Record by LITTLE WALTER from 1957. The title is "The Best Of Little Walter". Label / Number is Chess LP-1428. This is THE Little Walter album. For the longest time, it was the only one. As was their custom, Chess compiled the best of Walter's singles together for his first album and it is a Killer!! Walter Jacobs was the King of the Blues Harmonica and many believe that nobody has ever topped him! The twelve selections here include "My Babe", "Last Night", "Blues With A Feeling", "Juke", "Off The Wall" and "Tell Me Mamma". Record has wear, scuffs, scratches and a slight edge warp, but plays well with good fidelity. Labels (Original Black) have light wear and scuffing. Cover has wear, scuffs, staining, writing in pen on the back and a 3" split in the upper center seam and a 5" split in the lower. Condition is: Record - VG+ or better Labels - VG++ Cover - VG(+) This is an original and it's a hard one to find in any shape. Little Walter Rules!!
