The 6th and by far rarest of the original Mad Mike series. Mike was forced to press this volume up himself after NRM refused. Most copies (like this) never had sleeves--the rest had handmade covers stapled or taped together.
This volume is extra great too--lots of wine songs which is a Pittsburgh tradition:
