DESCRIPTION

A terrific UK issue of this 1973 and first of three major collaborations between the musicians, growing out of Eno's early tape recording experiments and King Crimson’s Robert Fripp's ability to input music with an electric guitar. (No Pussyfooting) was recorded in three days over a period of two years and was released very closely to Eno's own solo album Here Come the Warm Jets (1973).

Considered to be one of Eno’s early experiments in ambient music and didn’t receive any critically note-worthiness for many years later …obviously it was considered way ahead of it’s time.

A superb copy…..

MORE NOTES

This is Fripp and Eno's very first collaboration during which the pair managed to concoct a timeless instrumental drone album which was well worth the wait to get into. Fripp's piercing guitars and Eno's electronic tinkering work well together in creating these two lengthy tracks which compliment the unusual cover art rather well. While musically the album isn't totally ambient, it has a certain laid back quality to it, with quality being the operative word for an album of its age.
