Description
ULTRA RARE FIRST PRESS 1979 OF FAIRUZ LP "WAHDON", PRODUCED IN LEBANON.
Fairuz (born Nouhad Wadie Haddad in 1934/1935) is an iconic Lebanese singer and cultural symbol, widely considered one of the most celebrated voices in the Arab world. Known as "The Voice of Lebanon" and "Our Ambassador to the Stars," she began her career in the late 1940s, gaining fame for her unique style of Arabic music and collaboration with the Rahbani Brothers, blending traditional and modern styles.
Glossy jacket with moderate corner wear, light edge wear except for a split bottom edge center about 2", no other splits, no marks, physical outlines of rings but none showing as a stain, store sticker back jacket. The previous owner stored the LP in a borrowed Fantasy inner sleeve. LP LOOKS VERY PLAYABLE with a faints scratch or scuff over clean vinyl, I'll conservatively grade in the range of VG+ to VG++, closer to VG++.
