Description
LP Joe Prichard & Gibraltar. Extremely rare record originally released in 1974 on the private Kendall-Lee label. Only 500 copies pressed.
“Very little is known about Joe Prichard or his fellow musicians, except that the band, which hailed from Missouri, drew it's inspiration from far and wide, resulting in each of the 5 tracks being very different in character, ranging from the power chords and staccato guitar breaks of the Jimmy Page variety, to the throaty sax of 12-bar blues specialists Climax as well as the dual guitars of ZZ Top. Radioactive.”
Cover in reasonable condition (see photos). No writing or obvious marks. Has been kept in a plastic cover for 40+ years. It’s dusty and there are some scratches on the vinyl - please see photographs. Bought in Missouri in 1974/5 after seeing the band at a small music festival. I am not a collector and the LP was played lots in the 70’s and 80’s by my teenage self. Has been enjoyed but not cared for up to collectors standards I don’t think.
