I bought this LP new in September 1971
Cover - Shrink on, peeling away from open end. Couple places shrink torn a bit. Cutout drill hole in center portion. Price tag on shrink. “279” written on price tag. No other writing, no cardboard splitting. Mild corner bumps.
Vinyl - Some rubs/smudges, lightest marks. Cutout drill hole through the labels. Hole is above STEREO on Side 1, through the 1st S of CHESS on Side 2.
Sleeve - Plain white (yellowing) paper.
Insert - 5 1/2 X 3 1/8 in. postcard. Small rip and crease at top. Thinner than usual postcard.

The TC at the end of each runout string is kind of interlocked, and may be an ID for the Ter Mar Studios recording site, mentioned on back cover.
I believe this to be a first pressing. Nothing but a 1969 shows up on the Terre Haute pressing site for this catalog number. The labels correspond with a 1969 issue.

Appears this album is a compilation of recordings from 1965 to 1969. The site has a different title for 1-4, but the title on the back cover is the correct title.
