Description
Columbia CL 949, 6-EYE MONO. Discogs lists 6 versions in 1957, one of which has the stamped "-1C/-1A" matrix but also includes a "T" after the 1C and 1A on both sides - I can't see anything on the matrices of this LP; could be rubbed out. Jacket and LP in VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION; very well preserved. Jacket with light to moderate corner wear, little to no edge wear, no marks, rings or splits. LP stored in original Columbia inner sleeve, split on bottom and one side about 2" each. LP removed from jacket from jacket and stored in separate new white inner sleeve to retain this jacket's condition, and both stored and shipped outside jacket. LP LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE, perhaps a faint scratch or scuff over clean vinyl. I'm going to be conservatively grade in the VG+ to VG++ range; tends towards VG++.
