Album Notes: This record has the black label associated with the first printing of this fourth studio album by jazz saxophonist Ornette Coleman, Originally recorded in 1959, Change of the Century is the follow-up to 'The Shape Of Jazz To Come' with the same quartet line-up, including Don Cherry, Charlie Haden and Billy Higgins.
