No original inner sleeve. Jacket has a notch/cut in the top left that goes all the way through, sticker residue, edge and corner wear, ring wear, and general wear throughout. Edge is damaged where album title is. Record has some surface smudges, surface scratches, and spindle hole wear. Tested, plays well. Only lightly cleaned. See photos. It'll come with new outer and inner sleeves.
